Well Here is What I Stand For

Well Here is What I stand For ……

The trouble with fighting for human freedom is that one spends most of one's time defending scoundrels. For it is against scoundrels that oppressive laws are first aimed, and oppression must be stopped at the beginning if it is to be stopped at all.
H. L. Mencken
We cannot fail to realize that in this world when we fail to act on behalf of the oppressed, the poor, the criminals we allow ourselves to lose the freedoms that we are so scared that these individuals will take away

Parting Thought

Marshall – Comes to an end

They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
Benjamin Franklin
This is the core – without our liberty we are not what we think we are – we are only in a state of complete fantasy – Living in Fantasy brings complacency – but it is a loss for us all  MWJ ©2005

Where I am today - MWJ 11-2-05

Well I am over 300 lbs - that sucks but at the same time I am not afraid of 300 anymore!

I am working through a process to find a wonderful girl - Someone like Jessica

I have gotten back in touch with wonderful friends and I am excited to say that old friends and new friends are the best
